SoGreen™
Fluorescent Space Occupying Vaginal Manipulator
SoGreen™ is a fluorescent space occupying manipulator used during gynecological surgeries. Incorporating Tissue Reveal Technology ™, SoGreen™ fluoresces under near infrared (NIR) imaging.
How does the SoGreen work?
Manipulate
The Occupier is inserted to allow the surgeon to operate with minimal tissue motion.
Reveal
EndoGlow surgical devices incorporate Tissue Reveal Technology™ and will fluoresce when placed under near infrared (NIR) light.

With NIR imaging enabled, SoGreen™ fluoresces, enhancing identification of anatomical structures and tissue layers.
Note: Laparoscopic and Surgical Robotic equipment that are equipped with NIR imaging capabilities will work with EndoGlow’s Tissue Reveal Technology™. Contact EndoGlow for questions regarding compatible systems.
Analyze
The combination of visible and NIR images provides surgeons with more information to make decisions.
Gynecology
SoGreen™ is a vaginal manipulator that trans-illuminates the vagina. This is beneficial with identification of endometriosis or identifying scar tissue during a bladder dissection. During sacrocolpopexies, the shape allows for ease during mesh placement and the back lighting from fluorescence ensures the bladder dissection has been taken down far enough.

UROLOGY
SoGreen™ provides vaginal tension during cystectomies allowing the surgeon to more elegantly remove the bladder without disrupting the underlying tissue. The fluorescence aids in the visualization of non-surface pathology or incidental vaginotomies while providing visual clues related to tissue depth.

SURGICAL TEACHING
Fluorescence enhances surgical planes and anatomic borders, both of which are beneficial when educating surgical learners to minimally invasive operative techniques.
Features
Power Free Florescence
Without power cords or batteries, SoGreen™ fluoresces when energized by surgical imaging systems that have fluorescence imaging modes (NIR cameras and illumination).
Injection Free Florescence
SoGreen™ provides localized fluorescence without the need to mix or inject ICG.
Injection Compatible Fluorescence
SoGreen™ can provide fluorescence by itself and can also be used in conjunction with intravenous ICG and other systemic dyes.
Fluorescence Without Time Limits
SoGreen™ provides fluorescence throughout the surgery without time restrictions. (Injected ICG is only effective within a short time window before it saturates the image).
Iodine Free Fluorescence
Incorporating Tissue Reveal Technology™, SoGreen™ provides fluorescence without the use of iodine and can be used in iodine allergic patients.
Individually Packaged & Tested
All EndoGlow medical products are individually packaged and tested, making fluorescence available on demand with maximum repeatable visualization.
